Terms of Service

Last updated May 1, 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vadyl platform, dashboards, SDKs, CLI, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Vadyl provides a backend platform that turns canonical product models and entity contracts into persistence, APIs, runtime, branching, and operations across mixed infrastructure.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious code, or attempt to interfere with other customers' access to the platform.

Subscription and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law. Usage-based fees accrue per your plan's metered components.

Your data

You retain all rights in your data. You grant Vadyl the limited license needed to operate the Services on your behalf. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Service Level Agreement

Paid plans include the SLA described in our pricing and at signup. Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vadyl's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Vadyl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
