This Privacy Policy describes how Vadyl, Inc. ("Vadyl") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Vadyl platform and any related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account details, billing information, support communications), information collected automatically when you use the platform (operational telemetry, usage events, request logs), and information from third parties that you authorize Vadyl to integrate with on your behalf.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Vadyl platform; process billing and payments; respond to inquiries; send service-related communications; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity; and comply with legal obligations.
Information we do not collect
Vadyl does not access your project data unless explicitly authorized for support purposes. Encrypted-at-rest fields remain encrypted to us; we hold no master decryption keys for your data.
Sharing of information
We share information only with subprocessors that operate the platform, with your consent, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time through your account settings. EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA. Contact privacy@vadyl.dev for rights-related requests.
Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Audit trails are retained per your plan for compliance purposes. Deleted data is purged from operational systems within 30 days.
